Tina Patterson Joins LCG as Win Center Director

WASHINGTON Oct. 21, 2015LCG, a fast-growing, leading provider of innovative grants management and technology solutions to federal agencies in the areas of health and science, announced today that Tina Patterson has joined its team as Win Center director.  

“Tina’s extensive background and record of achievement in proposal management, her knowledge of the industry and her understanding of our strategic growth plan positions her to be a strong leader for LCG to help take our Win Center team to an even greater level of success,” said Raymond C. Tye, chief operating officer of LCG. “Tina will be enhancing our proposal process with a more streamlined and integrated approach, which will be a tremendous value and will play a critical role in the company’s future growth.”

In this role, Patterson will provide strategic planning support, tactical execution and team management for the Win Center. She will oversee all aspects of proposal development, including strategic planning, technical writing, resource management, and managing proposal outlines and schedules.

Patterson previously served as principal for Jade Solutions, where she provided an array of professional services to business clients, including proposal management, grant writing and notary services. Before operating her own consultancy, Patterson served as technical proposal lead at Telesis Corporation in McLean, Virginia, where she was responsible for proposal management and reporting for requests for proposals, requests for information and source selection. Earlier, Patterson also served as the senior proposal manager at A-TEK Inc. in Ellicott City, Maryland, and at Worldwide Information Network Systems Inc. in Seabrook, Maryland.

Prior to Patterson’s career in proposal management, she worked at the Airlines Reporting Corporation as the senior e-commerce business analyst, and at the American Bar Association as the program manager of dispute resolution, where she helped to shape and develop the section’s dispute resolution policy. Patterson started her career in travel technology providing training to clients.

Patterson is a graduate of Brown University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Hispanic language and linguistics. She also earned a graduate certificate in alternative dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University and has received training in writing and managing federal proposals from Shipley Associates as well as several other organizations.
