Conrad Kenley is the Founder and Chairman of LCG Inc., which he established in 1991 to deliver exceptional customer service and solve complex legacy challenges for federal agencies. Rooted in his principles of integrity, responsiveness, and mission-first delivery, he has grown LCG into a trusted partner across the federal health and civilian landscape.

Over the past three decades, Conrad has led LCG’s evolution from a small IT consulting practice into a respected federal contractor specializing in digital transformation, enterprise IT, and grants management support. Under his leadership, LCG is known for bringing *Insight with Impact*—modernizing systems, improving service delivery, and advancing federal programs.

Before founding LCG, he built a diverse career in audit, finance, telecommunications, and global operations. His roles at Arthur Andersen, American Express, MCI Communications, and Merrill Lynch—where he led major global telecommunications initiatives—shaped his focus on strategic partnership, operational excellence, and scalable technology solutions.

Conrad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.

Melissa provides INSIGHT by applying her deep expertise in finance and organizational behavior to guide LCG’s business operations and strategic growth trajectory. Her diverse skillset, grounded in disciplined execution and organizational development, has consistently driven sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Marah provides INSIGHT to the growth and sustainability of LCG by collecting and analyzing data on employee performance, retention, and engagement. She works closely with operational leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Marah’ delivers IMPACT by partnering with executives and delivery teams to hire, develop, and retain the right employees who have the necessary skills and experience to drive the company forward. She helps to create and implement effective training and development programs to help employees improve their skills and increase their productivity.

Carlene provides INSIGHT by aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals to drive meaningful mission outcomes. Through her expertise in portfolio governance and data-driven decision-making, she identifies emerging trends, anticipates risks, and champions innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Toni also supports the strategic oversight of LCG’s contract vehicles, optimizing them to expand opportunities and strengthen competitiveness.
